Jim Dick is Chairman of the Trustees. Prior to retiring, Jim worked for 30 years at Smith & Nephew, 7 of which were as President of the global wound management business of the Smith & Nephew Group. He now holds a number of non-executive positions in the private and public sector.

Professor Dame Jill Macleod Clark DBE PhD BSc RGN FRCN

Jill Macleod

Dame Jill Macleod Clark is Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Health & Biological Sciences and Head of the School of Nursing & Midwifery, University of Southampton; Chair of the Council of Deans for Nursing & Health (2002-2007) and President of the Infection Control Nursing Association. She focuses on the development of clinical and professional skills, inter-professional education and health promotion, and is a member of the 2008 National Research Assessment Exercise nursing panel. She was made a Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 2000 for services to nursing.

Professor Dame Pauline Fielding DBE DUniv PhD BSc RN

Pauline Fielding

Dame Pauline Fielding was formerly a Nursing Director of Trusts with acute, community, mental health and learning disability services. She is currently a member of the 2008 Research Assessment Exercise Nursing Panel, a Clinical Advisor of the Healthcare Commission and a member of the Science and Clinical Review Committee of the University College London/Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Institute of Women's Health. She was made a Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 1999 for services to nursing, is an Honorary Professor of Nursing at the University of Central Lancashire and has an honorary doctorate from the University of Southampton.

Professor Christine Moffatt CBE PhD MA RGN DN

Christine Moffatt

Christine Moffatt is Professor of Nursing at Thames Valley University, London, and a Director of the Centre for Research and Implementation of Clinical Practice. She is nurse consultant at St George's Hospital, responsible for the clinical leg ulcer service and research programme and is also Director of the International Lymphoedema Framework Project. She is President of the Leg Ulcer Forum and a former President of the EWMA Council. She was awarded a CBE in the 2006 New Year's Honours List.
